Rogue River Fishing Conditions – 7-10-2020 (Rogue River Salmon Fishing)

Just thought I’d throw an update out there….

Normally, we’re fishing “ok” right now – like, there’s some fish and some days we’re catching 3 or 4 (or more) and some days we miss and don’t get any. It can be frustrating. It can be more frustrating when the fish seem to be late coming in. I’ve seen 10-15 boats out there the past few days (including mine) and we’re only seeing 2 or 3 fish caught (yesterday was 1 adult and 2 jacks..not by me) in the entire bay.

Later in the evening, I did run across several fish a bit higher than normal, which is encouraging, but they weren’t biting. We’ll try and figure out how to encourage them to bite to get this summer started a bit better. Surely there has to be more fish than what’s here right now….
